Terms and Conditions
1. Unique Identification Number:
Innotrope SAS is subject to extended producer responsibility (EPR) and is identified by the unique registration number 825333164.
2. Regulation Elements:
– Price Scale and Discounts: The pricing structure for our services is outlined in our proposals. It takes the form of fixed fees for each service delivery. Discounts may be offered at our discretion.
– Calculation Method: In instances where service pricing cannot be accurately determined, a transparent calculation method will be provided.
– Payment Conditions: Payment is due within 30 days of the European Commission call deadline. We accept various payment methods, and installment options may be available upon request.
– Discounts: Innotrope may offer discounts on a case-by-case basis, subject to agreement in the contract.
3. Late Payments:
Late penalties will incur interest rates as per legal regulations. A lump sum indemnity will be charged for collection costs.
4. Execution of Service Provision:
All service provision execution dates will be communicated clearly to the client.
5. Legal Warranty and Conformity:
– Name of Guarantor: Innotrope SAS guarantees the quality and completeness of our services.
– Communication: Clients can contact us via postal mail, telephone, or email for guarantee inquiries.
– Clients’ Right of Withdrawal: Clients have a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the service provision contract, but not later than two months before the proposal deadline. A standard withdrawal form is available upon request.
– Refunds: Refunds for withdrawal requests will be processed within 14 days of notification. Certain services, such as those fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period, are exempt from refunds.
Innotrope SAS Service Descriptions:
Service Number 1: Grant Writing
– Contractual Obligations: A contract must be signed between the client and Innotrope SAS.
– Quality Assurance: Innotrope guarantees the preparation of high-quality and timely proposals by experienced grant writers.
– Confidentiality: Strict confidentiality with consortium partners is maintained, with the option to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
– Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to the proposal is transferred to the client upon completion.
– Payment Terms: Full payment is due 30 days after the European Commission call deadline.
Service Number 2: Training
– Payment and Reimbursement: Training fees must be paid in full prior to attendance. Reimbursement conditions apply based on the timing of cancellation: up to 30 days before the training session date: 100% reimbursement; between 29 and 15 days before the training session date: 50% reimbursement: between 14 days and the training session: no reimbursement.
– Copyright Protection: The training content is protected by copyright, and unauthorized use constitutes infringement.
Service Number 3: Online Training
– Access and Payment: Full payment grants access to the online training, which has no time limit.
