We offer to write part or the whole project proposal for the Horizon Europe call of your choice. We have an extensive experience of more than 50 proposals written, with a success rate of about 25% (more than twice as the Horizon Europe average success rate).
Not only we help you with drafting your scientific concept, we also look after all the other parts of your proposal: methodology, dissemination and exploitation plan, communication plan, data management plan, open science, work plan and so on.
We also help you with the administrative aspects of your proposal and with preparing the budget for your project.
Our business model is to work either on a reduced fixed fee if you include us in your project as a dissemination, exploitation and communication partner, or with a mix between an upfront and success fees.

KEEN project
Client: KTU
Call: Twinning Funding: 991 869 euros Project description: The overall objective of the KEEN project is to strengthen the research excellence of Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania) in entrepreneurship, improve its capacities to exploit and disseminate its research outputs, and enhance its ability to engage the public in its research and entrepreneurship awareness, understanding, and acceptance. To reach such objective, the KEEN project will create with Cranfield University (United Kingdom), Bergische Universität Wuppertal (Germany), and Universität St. Gallen (Switzerland), a network named “Knowledge-Empowered Entrepreneurship Network”. The network will sustain after the project and focus on building capacities to develop public engagement in entrepreneurship research in low-innovativeness level EU countries such as Lithuania. |
ElectroMed project
Client: LIST
Call: FETOpen Funding: 2 999 167 euros Project description: The genome comprises all our genes and our genes are the instructions for the synthesis of all the proteins our body makes (proteome) to carry out its myriad of functions. The human genome codes for about 20 000 different proteins but variations in splicing can tremendously amplify that number. Since they are ubiquitous and play a critical role in disease, proteins and even pieces of them (peptides) are important disease biomarkers and therapy targets. Proteomics has tremendous potential for personalised medicine yet faces challenges in terms of the variety of targets and subsequent specificity, sensitivity, throughput, and cost. ElectroMed is building a platform that could overcome these issues, providing a quantum leap in proteomics for personalised medicine and much more. |
TwinPeaks project
Client: LEI
Call: Twinning Funding: 899 122 euros Project description: The Lithuanian Energy Institue (LEI) and Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) plan to establish an association to foster the uptake of Waste-to-Energy (WtE) research and innovation in Lithuania and engage the country in pan-European collaborative efforts on this topic. To ensure its success, both institutions need to increase their research excellence in the topic of WtE and develop international networks. To this end, LEI and VMU propose TWIN-PEAKS, a Horizon 2020 Twinning project with the Technical University of Munich (Germany), Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden) and WIP Renewable Energies GmbH & Co. KG (Germany). TWIN-PEAKS is based on the development of a joint research strategy between the partners, the pooling of their research infrastructure, the transfer of scientific knowledge and a plan for joint applications for research grants to fund further projects involving the consortium. |
AIFORS project
Client: UNIZG-FER
Call: ERA Chair Funding: 2 499 957 euros Project description: The six-year AIFORS project will create an ERA Chair in Artificial Intelligence for Robotics at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (UNIZG-FER). The ERA Chair will enable UNIZG-FER to attract an outstanding researcher and five team members to independently implement an ambitious research strategy in symbiotic robotics. This will open UNIZG-FER to a new research direction with a high potential for research outputs and technology innovation. |
